Explore the Design and Meaning of Mirador’s Logo

Since March 2021, we’ve updated the design of our name cards. (I wish someone who had received the new name card is reading this article!)

The name cards are designed based on our company logo. Today, I would like you to know current design and meaning behind Mirador’s logo.

• What is “Mirador”?

At first, I have to tell you the meaning of Mirador.

“Mirador” means a tower providing an extensive outlook in Spanish.

It is said that our company was named as “Mirador Building Contractor” hoping that the company can see far into the future and contribute to clients with high professional mindset.

• Let’s look at the Mirador logo and know the meaning!

1. The logo is shaped like a mountain This was taken from our past logo design. This expresses our view that the company takes action with the future sight meant by “Mirador”, and our Vision of “Top sincere services and 100% customer satisfaction”.
2. As you can see, the mountain is stretched to right side slightly. This shows our inclination towards future growth, as a rising line on the graph moves from left to right.

3. The mountain shape is made up of three triangles. These triangles signifies our three Core Values “Safety, Quality and Kaizen”. *Kaizen means continuous improvement in Japanese.

4. The sky-blue ring surrounding the mountain signifies strong bonds of Mirador members.

5. Lastly, the color of this logo is blue. Blue is Mirador symbolic color expressing TRUST, HONESTY and RESPONSIBILITY. Even our scaffolding materials are also painted in blue color as you can see onsite.

Mirador’s logo was renewed in 2020.

Below is the Director’s message upon the logo change.

~ We chose the design because we want to keep and respect the strength and culture Mirador had built up over the years. Now that Mirador has joined Daisan group, we are embarking onto our next stage of growth. However, our core values and the essence that define us do not change. We will continue to build upon our strengths and the logo expresses the Mirador spirit. May we rise up to the challenges and forge ahead together with Daisan. ~ 

The logo symbolizes our strong will to grow into the future!!
