Mirador Building Contractor Pte Ltd
Established in 2000

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Sumiya Takeshi took over as Managing Director from Mr. Soon Wei Min in May 2022.

Our areas of expertise are in the trades of Scaffolding, Mechanical, Insulation, Electrical Work and Process Plant Operations & Maintenance (O&M) in PCM and BCA industries.

Over the years, Mirador has attained ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and BizSAFE STAR certifications. Mirador is also a Corporate Member of the Association of Process Industry (ASPRI) and a Member of The Singapore Contractors Association Ltd (SCAL). In 2019 Mirador joined as a member of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Singapore (Construction and real estate subcommittee).

Our team of skilled supervisors and technicians play a major role in providing their expertise providing quality job within the project time frame. In Mirador, our flexible work approach allows us to work as per the specific requirements of projects.

As a scaffold specialist, Mirador had endeavors to provide its clients value added services in every project. The dedication and professionalism of our workers is shown in getting every job done well. And in 2019, we joined Daisan Co., Ltd Group, a leading scaffolding company based in Osaka, Japan and listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Through this, we are learning about Daisan’s high productivity scaffold service method, and will innovate continuously to provide innovative high-quality services to our clients.
