Daisan Co., Ltd. officially concluded its acquisition of Penguin Engineering & Construction Pte. Ltd. on 21 April 2026. The closing ceremony, marking the integration of the Singapore-based engineering specialist into the Daisan Group, was attended by Mr. Fujita Taketoshi (Representative Director, Daisan) and Mr Eng Swee Yeng (Managing Director, Penguin).

The success of this acquisition was made possible by the dedicated teamwork between both organizations. Penguin Engineering and Construction joins Daisan’s existing Singaporean family, including Mirador Building Contractor to create a unified team.
