Workplace recognition\u00a0motivates, provides a sense of accomplishment and makes employees feel valued for their work. Recognition not only boosts individual employee engagement, but it also has been found to increase productivity and loyalty to the company.<\/p>\n<p>This year, a total of 5 employees were selected for the award. 2 employees each from the Construction and Operations &amp; Maintenance Departments, and 1 employee from Finance &amp; Administration Department.
