At Mirador, safety is more than just a priority; it is a core value that guides every project we undertake. To honour this commitment, we hosted our annual Mirador Safety Night on 2 May 2026.

\nThe evening was a celebration of our collective efforts to maintain a secure and healthy workplace. We were privileged to have Mr. Fujita (President and Representative Director of DAISAN) as our Guest of Honour, whose presence underscored the strong safety culture shared across our global group.

\nThe highlight of the event was the presentation of the Best Safety Performance Award 2026<\/b>. This award isn’t just about avoiding accidents; it\u2019s about recognizing individuals who proactively build and protect our safety culture every single day.
\nThe awards recognised recipients for several key achievements:
\n \u2022 Outstanding Safety Performance:<\/b>Awarded to individuals who maintained an impeccable safety record and consistently adhered to our strict Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) protocols.
\n \u2022 Exemplary Vigilance:<\/b> Recognising those who proactively identified potential hazards and utilized their \u2018Stop Work Authority\u2019 to prevent accidents before they happened. Ensuring they and their colleagues return home safely after every shift.
\n \u2022 Safety Leadership:<\/b> Our winners demonstrate a consistently positive attitude and safe behaviour. They serve as a Role Model for others, influencing their peers through action and showing that a safety-first mindset is the only way we operate.
\nFinally, this excellence must be visible to everyone. We weigh heavy consideration on feedback from managers, supervisors and co-workers, as well as formal recognition and positive feedback from our clients

\nBeyond the accolades, the event was a chance for our team to bond over a sumptuous dinner. The atmosphere was high-energy, featuring:
